Jennifer Fairfax has assisted clients in growing their families through private/independent and agency adoptions, domestic and international adoptions, contested adoptions, surrogacy and egg or sperm donors for over ten years.

She has represented birth parents, intended parents, surrogates, adoptive parents and minor children through the legal process, including navigating the Interstate Compact on the Placement on Children (ICPC) process for domestic adoptions and the re-adoption and/or finalization process for international adoptions.

Jennifer works on behalf of traditional, single parent, gay and lesbian, step-parent, grandparent and foster care families, serving as an advocate for those hoping to build their family through adoption or surrogacy.
