Jennifer Fairfax has published in the Solo Newsletter for the American Bar Association an article entitled "Representing Same Sex Adoption Clients." She has also published an article in the Family Law Newsletter for the Maryland State Bar Association, entitled "Representing Lesbian, Gay and Single Parents in Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Technology Cases."

Jennifer has appeared on the Law School for the Public television show as a panel speaker on Adoption (Fall 2006) and Assisted Reproduction Technology (Winter 2007).
